A: Yes, there is a variety of different kinds. Just look under "Discount Attraction Tickets".
Q: Is Florida a Good Place to hold a Business Meeting?
A: Absolutely! Orlando, Florida is one of the BEST places to hold a meeting as you can work during the day and have fun in the evening! Orlando offers activities no other location offers! From attractions to hundreds of restaurant and shopping selections!
Q: What is there to do other than the obvious Central Florida attractions like Walt Disney World and such?
A: There is a tremendous amount of things to do in Central Florida. In addition to lots of Water Parks, Museums there are also things like:
Arabian Nights Dinner Theater Celebrate in style! Enjoy a magical feast while horses from around the world are showcased in the world’s largest indoor equestrian arena. OR
The Outta Control Magic Camedy Dinner Show Orlando’s funniest dinner show! It combines high-energy comedy improvisation with spectacular magic to please all ages.
Q: What time is check in and what time is check out?
A: Check in is 3:00 p.m. or later. If you are arriving earlier or later please notify our office by calling 407-273-8770 or toll free 1-877-377-6989. If you wish to arrive earlier than scheduled check in, there may be a surcharge depending on how early, length of stay and if the property is available. If you are a return guest this fee may be waived depending on the above statement.
If you are arriving after business hours (5:30 p.m.) you must call our office to arrange for check in services. Ventura Resort Rentals, Inc provides personal check in services up to 10:00 p.m. at no additional charge. After 10:00 p.m. there will be a charge of $20.00 per hour (not pro-rated).
Check out is 11:00 a.m. In most cases this time must be maintained so we can prepare the property for he next arrival. We appreciate your understanding and efforts!
Q: Where do I check in? Do I have to use a lock box?
A: Ventura Resort Rentals chooses to not use any lock boxes! Everyone will be personally checked in at our office located at 5946 Curry Ford Road in Orlando, Florida. If you are arriving after hours (5:30 p.m.) you must call in advance and advise us of your estimated arrival time. 30 minutes prior to arriving at our office we ask that you call our office (800-247-8417) and leave a message (which will contact our after hours representative) and they will meet you at our office to check you in personally within 30 minutes of your call.
Q: Do I need to bring towels or sheets?
A: No! Towels, sheets, dishes, pots and pans are all included in Ventura Resort Rentals beautiful & fully furnished accommodations!
Q: Do your properties include soap, shampoo, tissue and toilet paper?
A: We provide what we call, starter supplies. This includes 1 small bar of soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There is also 1 roll of paper towel in the kitchen. We currently do not supply shampoo or tissue. We limit these supplies as we find the needs of our clients vary so much (some having allergic reactions) most clients prefer to bring their own or choose personal hygene items from the local grocery or department stores.
Q: Are rental cars available?
A: We do have a contract for discounted car rentals! In our website you will find a car rental information icon. We will do our best to confirm your car rental request within 48 hours.
Q: Are There Any Discounts For Return Clients?
A: Absolutely! Just mention you are a return client. Once the reservationist confirms you are a return client, you will be entitled to a discount of 10-20% off depending on the time of year and length of stay! Ventura Resort Rentals, Inc appreciates the many customers that come year after year! If you are a referral from a current or previous guest, you may be entitled to a 10% discount!
