Magic Kingdom Park
The quintessential Disney Park, the Magic Kingdom is to us and many others, the most
exciting and exhilarating part of Disney World. From the moment you step onto Main Street
USA, you are transported to a place where the cares of the outside world seem to magically
melt away.
The park is built on a wheel/spoke design with the Cinderella Castle in the center of
the wheel and the different themed lands emanating from the center.
EPCOT
Epcot was to be Walt Disney's dream of the Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow.
In some ways, the forward thinking of Epcot's Future World and the diversity of cultures at
World Showcase keep a part of Walt's dream alive. Disney in this case turned the idea of
Epcot into a fantastic theme park and it could be argued, moved the spirit of Epcot to the
Disney built town of Celebration, Florida, only miles from the Magic of Disney World.
Epcot is by far the most "adult" of all the theme parks, but don't be fooled. There is
plenty to see and do here and fun for all ages!
Disney-MGM Studios
Disney MGM Studios is a real television and movie studio built into a theme park
setting... or is it the other way around? Some of Disney World's best E ticket attractions
lie within the studios including the new Rock n' Roller Coaster and Twilight Zone: Tower of
Terror.
Disney's Animal Kingdom
Disney calls the Animal Kingdom "A New Species of Theme Park" and indeed it is. It is
unlike any Disney park you have visited before.
While some critics and Disney fans have panned the park saying "there's not enough to do",
we would have to call it a good park only getting better! We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere
and elaborate themeing and lush tropical feel.
Also rumored for sometime in the future is an additional land with roller coaster.
